Can he really speak English? This is the only time I heard he speaks English. Even when he was in Korea, Tailand, or Vietnam he was speacking Chinese. Expected he should speak english instead of Mandrin. A bit disappointed he doesn't speak english that much.

@fuleielizabeth I think that all people who speak 2 languages pretty fluently being Eng (or another lang) and a different language will have accent even if the accent is still there when speaking the more dominat language. and yes Peter is american/taiwaneses. he partially grew up in US.he sings amazingly well :)
