They sort of fixed that by making all the left 4 dead campaigns playable on part 2 with the new stuff added, but it sucks on how they basically killed off the original survivors by killing Bill, the Left 4 Dead 1 cast would not be the same without him if they choose to continue with that cast. (Not to mention Bill is my favorite character followed by Nick in the 2nd cast.)
