  • Try doing this stuff in a 8M moderate V RIB or tubular alloy, it would knock your teeth out

  • wow!

  • over paid fuckers.

  • i have noticed that the smaller interceptors with the yellow cabon handle better and go harder in the rough conditions!

  • Holy sheet there a dude standing at the stern @ 2:35 He was like weeeeeeeee!

  • That must be funny :)

  • having owned small boats in the past , in sissy weather compared to this,, the fun part of this weather is when your craft catches a wave and surfs on top of the wave, ive done it many times, but nothing like these craft, man to keep into the waves and steer,, seems very scary, much respect to the pilots !!!!

  • just read an article about these guy`s in this weeks motor boat magazine can`t wait for the documentery to come out.

  • I have noticed a low tone like a horn or a blare in many of the videos. Is this the horn of the vessel, or a way to signal the vessel to turn or change direction? Or just a sound effect? It can be heard at 2:09

  • The video's are taken from cliffs by a lighthouse, and its this ighthouse that you hear sounding its fog horn during storms with bad visibility.

  • that sound at 2:09 may be fog sound from the lighthouse near by

  • Not a good place to be getting a tattoo.

  • 0:30 lol surfan!

  • The song is

Take me away by 4 Strings

  • Fabulous video, it looks like they were just testing the boats, amazing, most boats wouldnt be out in anything close to those conditions. These builders make some of the most seaworthy boats around.

  • another great video Frank! The best vids on you tube!

  • Once more your clip was amazing, frankwildcat.

I wonder if you works in a shipyard or not.

I see every day pilots' boat go out and coming in harbour from my tug and never saw such a waves at the entrance.

Keep on posting, and thanks for sharing

  • Simply spectactular! One of my favourite videos - THANKS for sharing.

  • It's not fair, you fellows are having way too much fun!!

  • who helmed the Gleann Mor, impressive boat handling

  • Connie and Keith

  • Was nasty Sunday alright, spotted on AIS Coasters getting a hammering outside. Rig had 5 to 5.5m around then. Great to see them taking the beam seas, hairy for ye lads but no bother to the boats. I'd say you eat a hearty Sunday dinner when ye came in

  • It was done on Sunday 11th at 10-11am. It was recording 46kts at Roches light house. There were some big seas there, breaking heavily at the mouth. I got hit by a few good ones, the one at the end certainly focused the mind! Took a few beam on whilst recording the onboard footage which caused a few moments, but the boats shrugged it all off no problem.

  • When was this frank..great stuff. Some nice beam seas which no bother to them at all.
