Atlanta Police department is one of the WORST in the country. Poorly trained and even poorer equiped! Their leaders are just as horrible as the training.

He does not know how to speak in an educated manner. He is a poor speech giver and it appears that he may have received an F in his English Speech class if he ever had one in College, if he is educated. I also can't help but notice that he won't talk about how they murdered 92 year-old Kathrine Johnston on Neal Street and if the Mayor was any smarter and professional, he would have had the officers in their proper places before the airing of this video so he too is not professional.
