@MrSiesses On the contrary, I thought that that the graphics were very clear and lively. If you ask me, the games for the GBC didn't have graphics that strike me as "cool" as least at the time. Sure, I can understand if you didn't like how the day/night system wasn't included but there was probably no room so they compromised.

And just because a set of games in a series didn't sell AS much, doesn't mean that it sucked for everyone. I'd say it was good enough to keep Pokemon alive to this day.

@matt0044 Graphics are not everything. Minecraft has showed us that. Also with the remakes i think nothing beats Heartgold and Soulsilver by any means. I dont like that you can have a Pokemon behind you but it does not turn me off the game. 16 Gyms are amazing and battling Red is the the coolest thing i've ever done in a game.

The Nintendo DS is most likely gonna be officially discontinued soon now that the 3DS is out...so I even wonder how are they going to make the third game to go alongside Black and White. They're gonna have to somehow squeeze that in at the end of the DS life...and then somehow make remakes on the 3DS. Nintendo, unlike Sony, doesn't like to overlap consoles. Once the new one is out, they don't keep the old one alive for much longer.

Why is it that whenever one of the characters catch a Pokemon, at first it's all cool and stuff and it seems like "Hey, if one of them catches this thing they'll never lose" but then when the new Pokemon's first battle under the leader ship of the trainer, it's not much better than the Pokemon they used to catch it? IE Taillow from the Hoenn saga and Buizel from the Sinnoh saga.

@RangerJackWalker Swellow was indeed swelll (pun alert!), but it never lived up to how good it was when Ash first found it. As a Tailow in the wild, it survived MULTIPLE Thunderbolts from Pikachu and kept fighting like it was nothing. It was never quite that good.

Swellow WAS Ash's best flying type (I really consider Charizard more of a fire type, not to mention that thunder armor thing Ash pulled during his seventh gym battle in Hoenn). Still, it just didn't seem as great as it was in the wild after Ash caught it.

@Rayquaza509 game wise for shitooh it used the DS capitbiltys like the clock and it's Wi-fi Captibilties and gave us a crap load of legendaries that most people would use. Anime wise..... every...episode...is the same in some way, only 4 episodes i liked in sinnoh and it's rare for me to like pokemon episodes now. the only time i liked the hoenn region was the battle frontier, Dark Ash, and Ash vs May.
