I'm getting a pasta machine for Thanksgiving! I'm so excited. Videos like this on YouTube and various food sites have been wonderful teaching aids and I am looking forward (although with fear and trepidation) to my first attempt from scratch. Wish me luck!
Great video! I could eat pasta every day! One question. I understand that, in Italian cooking, you are not supposed to mix cheese with seafood or fish. Is that true?
