This coach/dad is terrible.

Let the kid sit and think if he's having a rough outing. Standing there trying to convince him that he's doing great is not going to help. This isn't t-ball, he knows better. The only person that's going to help his confidence is himself. By doing an about face and getting all down on him, you've taken away all of his confidence. Oh, and making malicious physical contact with a player; are you still coaching?

I have to tell you just being part of LL is fun for the parents also. It also keeps our kids involved in somethingother then drugs and shoplifting.

there are lots of kids w/ out over invilved rents that dont do that stuff

i know they dont have there own lives so they have to be over involved in their kids lives because there is nothing else they have to do
