  • Nice! an AX-1! Don't see much of those. I have an AX-7 ¦-)

  • This is as fast he can go. Dont juge him for that.

  • I like it!

  • I went from Donnie Brasco to this. Back to the movie! :0

  • perfect *-*

  • Dude thats not fast as all! R u fukn kidn me!!!

  • WTF!? you can tap on a keytar?! holy shit, my life has just been changed...

  • missä keytareja myydään? Ei löydy

  • WHOA

  • Parts were fast, either way it was awesome.

  • dude!!!... i think you should start playing live!!

  • me gusto

  • wowwwwwwwwwwwww

  • fast??? O_o

  • I want this to be the backing track to a porn video.

  • Why isnt there anybody that play's something normal on the ax's ? I'm looking forward to buy one for me, but here on youtube is no video without this new-age-trlalala...

  • @Pommbaer84 Maybe try my video? It's just outright prog metal with a lead key line. Do a search for "Graeme Swallow keytar".

  • so cool Dud!

  • cool but SLOW! u said fast u fucker! >:()

  • wait- how did u tap? because the pitch bender only went up a whole step? the u tapped and it like went up an octave!

  • Pitch bender range is whole step. The tapping part just goes one whole step up + one whole step down = major third.

  • @iKeyboard15: An "octave" was an exaggeration, definitely. But even so, an octave is possible if your program your sound source's bend range to be an octave.

  • Very well done. That sustain button - tapping part is genius why didn't I think of that!?!?!?

Obviously you have played keyboard for years, that was very fast technique... 5/5

  • Thanks. I love that keytar tapping thing also. Looks stupid and sounds bad but it's one of the funniest thing ever!

  • how can you program the pitch bender to go the range you want?

  • @Nakkiso I don't think it sounds bad ,fwiw. Besides so many I've seen on YT are using only the keys. Which isn't your case - you showed some pretty cool tricks with it. Well guess what - if was designed with such an ergonomically pitch bend/modulation then everyone should take advantage of it!!

Keep rockin' and bring some more! :)

  • This is like Lasgo uses!

  • nice playing! ive always wanted a keytar but i cant decide between the ax1, ax7, or ax synth

  • @mattliebl6199

Go for Ax-Synth, got one, you wont regret it. :)

  • @samsmidi isnt that more expensive than the ax 1?

  • @mattliebl6199 Yup, got my ax-synth here in philippines for 5,900 pesos, it's around 1,311 USD?

  • @samsmidi then whats the better keytar? are they battered powered?

  • @mattliebl6199 For me, i prefer ax synth, I using 8 rechargeable AA battery on gigs, you can also use the power supply adaptor ;)

  • @samsmidi hmmm... sounds interesting. is the AX 1 also battery powered? or can i use a power supply adaptor

  • @mattliebl6199 Yup, it has :)

  • @samsmidi coool. that saves me the hassle of switching out batteries and having to buy more.

  • @samsmidi san mo nbili? naghahanap kse ako dito nian. tnx! :))

  • @aztigin999 sa yupangco makati sir, medyo nagsisi nga ako eh, nag tour kasi kami sa japan after a month nung nabili ko yung ax, mas mura dun, 39K lang sa peso, sa yamaha shinsaibashi, osaka ko nakita.

  • Nice! i like! What sound do you use?

  • I did the lead sound with Yamaha Motif XS synth and Behringer GDI 21 amp modeling pedal.

  • You are not faster than you say on the title, but the song is nice.

See Henka from Sonata Arctica, for me he is faster.

  • Thanks. I still think that the solo is pretty fast, regardless of how much faster someone else might be.

And hello! It's just a stupid joke :)

  • kuka oli suomen nopein?
