That sucks that they messed up the 5K course! It's hard enough as it is recovering from that race to do the rest of the events. I competed in the world games in Canada and will be in NYC this year. how do I get envolved in one those competion? I live in Charlotte NC are they done by region or state. I would love any info if you have any., Awesome video thogh I can tell you put in a lot of work.
