Ive seen this footage before. Its definately authentic but whether its aghost or not is another matter. Wow, ok, i swear i have ghastly experiences. I went into an 140 yr old abandoned mansion. (with my girl scout troop) There were pretty unexplainable things happening in there...like the lights flashing, the water running by itself, and the sound of footsteps and movement upstairs. Usually ghosts look like smoke. In the light - it is a black "smoke" in the dark white. But they are more compact and move without scattering for some time and have a clear path of man.

It looks to me that this was filmed during the Winter. If thats the case I would say that it was a release of steam from a vent at the top of that wall that was carried down by the wind and past the tree before reaching the same temperature as the surrounding air i.e. disappearing.
