Actually this is the MOST hated drill of all basketball exercises bc the game is about reacting in short segments unlike football and baseball. So it takes discipline but in the long run it makes u faster and puts u in big time shape. If u never done it b 4 try to pace yourself and also time yourself so say if u finish one suicide in 1 min then try to break 1 min mark then u break it in 52 secs then break 52 sec etc etc.....

I do this in a tennis court. It's great if u can't find an empty basketball court since less people tend to play tennis.

We don't do suicides they have become to easy, we do "deadmen". When running a suicide ever time you touch a baseline you do 5 pushups.

im on the freshman team at my school and we did 8 suicides under 30 seconds each for a warm up. varsity had to 45 of them.

at my league in toronto canada we have to do 20 in 20 mins. or 20 in 30 mins and 5 pushups each line
