I've done tests and research in this field before. It is achally picking up ac in the house that you are changing to dc and charging the cap. Now if you take this outside or aways from all ac power sources you will have nothing ( i was getting up to 10v - however it isnt free as it is drawing from lac leakage (powerpoints and pluged in cables )

You need a real ground tap. you get the amperage from a good ground. Lean about telluric currents ... the ground [not your tester ground, but a real earth ground] has all the amps ....

u might have to extend the top terminal more. that give more amperage, thats how mine gives more energy! teslas radiant energy system does work though
