Got a 1.8 and only passing classes like art, computer programming and design, along with my English class while everything else is Ds and Cs. I like that they understand that for some of us G33ks it's just hard to pay attention in classes especially when we rather play games or something close to that matter. @UATProductions i was thinking about going here im barely a junior, already taking computer science, discovery 1 and 2 to get CCNA just wondering if you had anything in that field involving network administration and such stuff.

and i started working with linux when i was like 15 and im already using the os to its full capabilites haha, i also rooted my android and well lets just say i dont have anything else to do with it since i have swapped everything out even with my own compiled kernel haha

i am 14 and starting my high school freshman year next month, is that too early to think about collage? because this is my dream collage. does anyone have any recommendations for scholarships because me and my family are kinda flat broke... BUT THAT WILL NEVER STOP ME!!! >:D

@mindatwillight: It is never too early to start looking into colleges. We offer a variety of scholarships that you may qualify for (which, by how determined you sound, I hope you do.) You can also find an endless list of other scholarships and grants using specialty sites. I would suggest talking with someone in our admissions team (admissions@uat.edu) about our programs, scholarships, etc.

@mindatwillight what you should do is take a lot of classes at community college get a lynda dot com account and learn 3D and how to paint in photioshop via tutorials on the side, look up what the Core classes are that you need for UAT then transfer them. you will save a lot of time and money this way. UAT is good for networking but the game industry IS over saturated with eager starving workers, and most game related jobs are outsourced overseas. The school you go to wont matter in the end

Definitely gonna come here. I am gonna bring 2D games back to awesomeness. I love the old school games for the NES, SNES, etc, and I want to remake them to make 3D less epic. Cant wait to come in 2014.

I was thinking of the Bachelors in Game programming ONLINE. However i want to ask whether I will learn as much as on-campus courses(?). Is the quality the same??

i wanna go here soon. is the online degree for network security just as good as on campus. cuz i live in wisconsin and i have a kid so its not easy for me to just move to arizona. any help would be appreciated

@ryanvertz20 Yes, the online program is just as good. There will be somethings that will be harder to do because you won't have access to the machines except through VPN.

Well, uat is one of the best universities on the world I thunk. But it is quite impossible for me to get there even if I am very good at Maths, Physics and informatics. You are asking why? Because I am from Slovakia (middle of the Europe) and thats why...great work uat...
