I saw on that Wried article you linked to the stupid arguments in favour of the filtering. What people don't understand is that it won't filter/montitor torrents which is where most, if not all illegal material is shared. Al lthis filter will do is slow down speeds and will probably one day censor those with differing opinions to the government.
