They didn't lip sync at this concert but if you look at the video you'll see the disney logo meaning this was the T.V. version not the real version which is on the Jonas Brothers Album Bonus Jonas Edition. Disney took the original track and covered up the Jonases voices to make them sound "better". I really don't see why though. They actually sing real well live.

At first I thought "Yeah...they HAVE to be lip- syncing," because their voices sound so fluid and unwavering, but many artists can control the inflections in thier voices when they sing, thus vocal training. i can hear out of tune singing, and there was a bass and guitar error, plus nicks part was a lil off. It might have been lip syching, but i seriously doubt it, and plus, this is a live concert. Disney just had a camera team there for a special. My opinion, but I dont think they were synching.
