@mistyloks yeah they do, but the one for this year has been recalled something about bad manufacturing. and i'm really dissapointed with this years set, you get way less than this one and last years. last years came with an eyelash curler, travel set and a mini kabuki and this years has none of that.
do you really have to wash them?? i got some at costco the same just black bottom insted of white. and instead of that powder big brush it came with a mini traveling set but whats the difference if u wash them or not? i dont wana wash them lol..
Its better to wash them becus if u dont all the product that you've been using stays on the brush and they dont last as long lol so if u want ur brushes to last its best to wash em
how can i remove the shimmer inside the big powder/kabuki brush? i really want to replace it with a mineral foundation. i have no idea how to open it, i'm scared i will end up breaking it. please help.
is this a costco in toronto ? because i wnet to one in markham (if you know where that is :P) and theyre wernt ANY brushesz whatsoever , so can you tell me if theresz one in toronto where i can get a set like yoursz ?
The one I work in (Richmond Hill) is new and they have like a crapload of the brush sets I'm not sure if they still have them but I can check later today. It's located on Leslie and Elgin Mills, the new one :)
Thanks for the great video! I SO want to try these!
Oh, and Borghese is pronounced bore-gay-sa, Italian luxury cosmetics that used to be sold at Macy's, Nordstrom, Saks & Bloomies. Now I don't see them anywhere! I really need to get to Costco soon, I had no idea they had this stuff.
i bought the costco brush set last year, and use them almost daily. I take pretty good care of them (they are cleaned regularly) and after a year of frequent use, the bristles have remained soft. The only negative that i have found is that the kabuki and the powder brush have started to shed a couple hairs while applying my foundation. the eye shadow brushes are fine though.
Quick advice to everyone who has purchased this product since some people dont seem to like it as much as i do..
The hairs on the brushes might not look as fluffy as MAC.. but they are as soft and works just fine for starters.. The blending brush might look a little off for a blending brush but for people who have smaller eyes like me, its quite perfect.. love it!!
I live in south america.. and we don't hace Coscos here, so I searched in eBay for a brush set and I found last years, a little over priced.. who cares, I really want them. The big problem is.. the seller won't ship to my country, soo frustrated ):
I really envy all of you a little, beacause MAC prices here are inflated about a 50%, and good stuff never gets here.. so sad.
Soo... keep doing videos, i love them and they cheer me up always !!!
We also have the same set in Canada at our Costco but it sells for 28.99$ CAD for anyone interested :) And of course great vid. love all of your vids. thanks!
wow after watching this i think i want to go to costco! all the brushes seem very high end quality. Kirkland makes everything! haha you would get all of these brushes at MAC and each brush would cost like 15 dollars and up. 15 dollars is the cheapest. i hope they don't run out by the time i get there haha just kidding. Kirkland most definitely done the job. you should get paid for advertising this haha thank you for this video! i can't wait to see more help from you
omg i watched this video about an hour ago and i just got back from costco because i HAD to buy it. lol i'm so impressed with them! super super soft brushes! there a GREAT bargain for 20 dollars especially when people can buy a mac brush for like 40! i'm glad i watched your video! very imformative and helpful! i can't wait to use mine!
I got those brushes about a week ago. I loved it. I've emptied out the shimmery mineral stuff & placed my translucent/finishing powder brush. I loved it
I got this set about a month ago and they're all really good quality. I think the stippling brush is kindof on the small side, but I prefer that since you can be really precise when applying blush. The slanted brush has worked really well for applying gel eyeliner as well as filling in my brows with eyeshadow that matches them. The brushes are worth every penny...and who cares if they're not wood handles or have a pretty name? I think they work just as well.
wow i didnt know they came with the big powder brush! love them, they look great! the case is cute too. I bought costco brushes like 5 years ago and they still work great, so these look like they would be good quality too! and the price is fantastic! Thanks!
i just bought those a couple weeks ago!! i love them, the only issue i have is that the set doesn't come with an angled blush/cheek brush...other than that i thought they were so cute!!
I went to costco with some friends and the moment I saw them, I got them right away! I've been watching so many people on youtube rave about these brushes and they're right. These brushes work so well! I'm actually kind of sad that I bought so many other brushes seperately when I got the whole set for alot cheaper and better ^^;
how did the brushes work?

you can wash with mild face wash or special brush shampoo, just wash them before you go to bed and they should be dry in the morning.

The eyeshadow brush and Blending brush sucks! After washing it 4 times, they get very scratchy.

Well, it's just to take extra precaution to do it because you're putting it on your delicate skin.
