Most people that post praise on Youtube for the Soviet Union are mindless 12 year olds. I wont stop them, but its weird to us who have lived there, and who actually are patriots. The Union wasn't a country to us, it was more. Country came before physical gain for yourself, something countries like America and Canada wont understand. @WolfytheWolf5667 Technically, a Communist state would have no government because everyone's helping each other etc. etc. Of course, no one has actually achieved this state of Communism. Most "Communist" nations are actually "Socialist" states, which is the stage before Communism.

Socialist states (at least the ones following the Marxist-Leninist line) are supposed to be run by a collective leadership known as a Politburo of senior leaders. In practice, it is almost always run by a dictator.
