There's a trick to buster (and by association, non-Rolling Cutter) running Elecky as well.

Before you enter, make sure you're facing to the right. When Elecman appears, shoot him once. STAND STILL. He'll flinch, walk forward and stop right in front of you to prepare a Thunder Beam. Either shoot him the instant his invincibility wears off (miliseconds before the next attack), or jump over the Beam and shoot him when you land. Repeat.

Timing is INCREDIBLY strict on this either plan, though.

I never managed to buster run him, despite trying several times. He can kill you in three hits. D=

Even with rolling cutter I struggle.

Ya' know, I'm fairly sure Rolling Cutter disposes of those floor enemies. whatever they're called.

It does. I just prefer Hyper Bomb for the job since I don't use really it for anything else.
