the second one... you can strafe jump from the small boxes in the corner, opposite of the ladder... works evry time 4 me :D! (once they got uav and it took him a whole 30 seconds to look up to c me XD)

in pipeline your jump is too dificult you can do the same on the inside of that buildeing in that tiny room there is a ladder and you can reach it jumping or from the house or whatever
