When I lived in S.A. I used to go to that wonderful institution The Cove (restaurant, bar, laundromat, car wash & ice cream parlor) to see the Lavens. Brings back fun memories - thanks.

I was really impressed when I saw the Lavens perform at the Texas Folklife Festival. I can easily picture them performing on the television program Austin City Limits - they are that good. Johnny Cash would have liked them.
