I met Jeff Turner last weekend at a Hollywood Collectors show. He actually introduced me to Tiffany, and she was very gracious and sweet about it. I didn't know until later about the stalking! I believe he's harmless but delusional. He's definately friendly and a little off, but I can understand the restraining orders!
