(lol) Actually most of us know our fair share of TS/TV/FTM and it's not very easy for them. Especially the ones who looks very female-like and it's hard to really tell if they are/not. But I can't really just say "all they have to do is be upfront to begin with" because I really never walked in their shoes. Except for Halloween once. It's actually intoxicating see the reactions men have when all you do is walk by. They really think your a woman and it's exhilarating. That's all I know.

In other words, they are female, they feel female, they eventually make their bodies female too, or vise versa if they had a female body they become men.
