The guys in video are Summer and Winter. The girl is casted in the role of Paris, figuratively. The guys in video are shown rapping, but it is really the girls emotions being expressed. The two men are oblivious, but Paris uses them as vessels to deliver his lyrics. The end shows her obvious struggles with dating both men.

In summation, the video uses a girl to express the situation described in the lyrics.
