@casadejoey I just imagine what I want to happen and it does...like rather than trying to imagine the clouds splitting apart, I just imagine the sun coming out...all I every really want from the weather is for the sun to come out and its easy enough to do if you are in the right frame of mind and have just a bit of focused tenacity.

That's funny. Whenever I start filming something unusual, birds come from everywhere. There were even 2 big cranes flying over the houses one night. I was stunned! I've never seen anything that big that far from water.

before you flame the crap outta this lady, bother to watch clouds. I've seen a big and I mean big long dark cloud turn 45 degrees and move away in the opposite direction to the the way all the the other clouds where moving.

Sky watching takes time, give it some.

wow, i've seen exactly such clouds a few days ago as well!! i discovered it on my apartment balcony in toronto...it kept popping up out of nowhere, then disappearing and reappearing a few times and finally it kept flying higher and higher and then got out of sight. i thought i was nuts. i also saw a weird cloud formation today, they popped up out of nowhere, but they were moving very slowly....in any case, they looked VERY DIFFERENT from all the other clouds...
