Goldfish carry disease. Don't feed the aro this many 2 is good enough and not all the time. I think if there constantly looking up for there food this could prevent drop eye. I had 2 silver aros.for about 3yrs. and never had drop eye, out grew my 120gal.
++HELP++ i have a custom made 4ft tank the measuments are 50" Long x 15" Wide x 25" High how many gallons or litters? and my filtration is (1) FLUVAL 1000l/h or 260 gallon per hour and (1) FLUVAL 500l/h or 140 gallon per hour and (2) heaps good spounge filters is this ok with one jardini saratoga/arowana? and what are good tank mates?
dont throw all the crickets in, and dont put that much goldies in the tank...
any uneated food (cricket) will make your water condition goes very very bad...
your arowanas will get drop eyes with gold fish all over the tank...feed them once at a time... if you dont want the jardini gets eaten, then buy another tank or make sure the silver eats enough food... just opinion from me... you'r the owner... good luck

Your arowana will loose interest in the goldies, I try to keep my silver hungry so he eats almost everything I feed him....
