  • They Were Underated In The 70s And Were Overated In The 80s There Time was The 70s

  • @babyimawantyou Silence, son. Thou speaketh ill of what thou know nothing of. (And I love David Gates :)

  • @hork111 Go Fuck Ur Dead Mama If Shes Dead

  • @babyimawantyou You talk a lot for someone who bites a pillow every night.

  • -just kicking back and remembering good times and good music! No posts please, just let me live and remember for a short time!

  • monkeys should have access to bank accounts

  • 2:52 classic Perry vocalism

  • @MyLurking Amen to that!!!

  • And also, because these songs are packaged together, dosen't mean they are like Led Zeppelin's two songs, that were, yes, packaged the same way..... As was Queen, etc., blah, blah,blah...

  • Wow....windsofchange345, you sure are a Prick!!

  • Man, Greg Rolly was also a GREAT vocalist, doesn't get the cred he deserves...!!

  • im in love w steve perry always have been still have my first poster from the very early eightys yip love him:)))

  • I saw these guys the Escape Tour With loverBoy at the LA Forum in 1982.It Was the best Show Ive Ever Seen!

  • wrong year,oops

  • This is my all time fav Journey song, these 2 songs have to be listened to together.Kind of like Led Zeppelin's Heartbreaker and Living Loving Maid,I've always heard those 2 songs together and I have to hear these 2 songs together.

  • Went to see Journey/escape tour in Okc 1978,will never forget it."Awesome"

  • @ernhrtfanracing How in the hell could you have seen the Escape tour in 1978 when the Escape album didn't come out until 1981?

  • @Colin0513

He was high and went forward in time...

  • Thanks This is for sure excellent Journey !

  • I just got home from spending a week in my home town that I left right out of high school...To my now home of Hawaii, but it sure was nice going back home to see in some places time stood still...:) This song reminded me of that simpler time of my life... Classic songs do that to us!

  • @10islandgurl yeah, I think I will go back to fallujah, you know, time stood still, a simpler time....you live in hawaii, how hard is it? you could be homeless and it would be ok, at worst i'd say you'd have to live in the same place as dog the bounty hunter.

  • @windsofchange345 Yes, I do believe it is easier than some places as it is real country here on the Big Island I live on... I don't live on the same island as Dog the Bounty Hunter..lol I was saying that back when I was young it was a simpler time, growing up in the late 70's and 80's and being back home reminded me of that special time. Plus the song brought me back as well... It was more about the time not the place I lived. FYI.. Living in Hawaii isn't as easy as you think !!!

  • Beautiful music... ha ha cracks me up how people today think they have 'talent' a bunch of sluts dancing around the sucky singer ...with artificial voice sync's wow we can laugh at em' all when we hear great music from this generation of real music, great singers, lyrics that make you feel, and think, remember happy moments :) -rachael, 16

  • This is sort of like Zeppelin's "Heartbreaker/Living Loving Maid". :)

  • @GoEagles35 Yeah I believe I made that comment!

  • Love It! My Fave Memories of Journey are from the Mid/Late 1970's to the Early 1980's. I can still Listen to their Modern Day Stuff! This the Best Crystal Clear Soundin' Keeper! I Absolutely Hate those FUBAR Rules! Thank You and Much Obliged, JRNYAvengers. HOOAH!!

  • Awesome pair of songs!

  • This name is epic them as much now, many just a tad bit shy of not having Steve Perry in the lineup. I challenge any band in the 70-80-90 to rival Journeys success.

  • These two songs should always be listened to & played together.

  • @nuwavevidspud Just like Lovin touchin squeezin/city of the angels

  • @Nivicoman I'll have to listen to city of the angels.

  • @nuwavevidspud - Sadly, dumbass radio programmers could gaf. It's like playing "Eruption" by Van Halen without "You Really Got Me". - Only a total retard does that on the radio.

  • @oldjizzy How very true.

  • @nuwavevidspud Sadly, The Essential Journey only has "Anytime".

  • @dudemanbearpig that is sad.

  • @nuwavevidspud

Exactly, some radio stations forget to do that, always gets on ny nerves when they don't.

  • @Meeyow1980 that is a shame

  • @nuwavevidspud I Tottaly Agreee The Other Song Without This Song Is Like Meat And Potatos Without The Gravy It Has To Be Together

  • @nuwavevidspud I could not agree more. I knew this from the rock station my dad listened to. Then it came up on my Pandora station and I was always like... ummmm, where's the rest of it!

  • @nuwavevidspud I Agree These To Songs Withut Eachother Is Like Meat And Potatos Without The Gravy
