  • man he looks like his mom a lot

  • He was cute in the 70's and I like a lot of girls my age had a HUGE crush and never missed the Hardy Boys series. But I think he looks so much better now.

  • When i was ten years old i said i was gonna marry this guy and make him the father of my future child , naturally that never happened ,incidently by the time this show aired in 1995, my son, that i had with someone realistic was only 6 months old, and i wasent really thinking about Shaun Cassidy at the time , instead i was facing the reality of motherhood, and i was taking care of my precious baby boy.

  • Awesome interview! I love American Gothic, and Shaun's writing skills are phenomenal! He deserves so much more than "critically acclaimed". I love you Shaun!

  • He was my idol when I was in High school -1979. He's really handsome until now and love your music Shaun..

  • Shaun is a classic all round talented Guy! He's amazing! It's great that he has a career that proves he is not a one hit wonder! We need tall handsome talented men with a fantastic sense of humour behind the scenes writing and producing as much as in front of them!

  • @dswessel1 It is my belief that these teen idols of the past, like Shaun are 1,000000000000000000000000

    times better than Ricky Martin.

    Martin is such a phony.

  • I tend to agree.

  • @chinchonchinchon I AGREE with you 10000000000000000000000000000000000000 on that comment that guy has talent you can not find talent like that these days i can t stand watching tv now these days im always on my computer listening to shaun s music or something

  • you're right jilly beans...he's still handsome...@50

  • @chinchonchinchon

So true. At least we know that Shaun Cassidy didn't try to hide from the world the fact that he was gay and on top of that, tried to be a teenage idol for young girls!

  • @dpsmith62 : So...Shaun Cassidy is gay? But he managed to father about 7 kids with 3 different women. Not sure that makes sense. Maybe it's another Cassidy?

  • the shows he produced have NEVER been high rated and i can see why but Ruby and the rockits was an alright show...

  • Even in 2009 he still looks basically the same!

  • i love hardy boys...

  • Try channel 39 Ruby and the Rocketts is his new show he is producing. David Cassidy and Patrick Cassidy star in it.

  • DAMN! he's still CUTE, but what does he look like now in 2009?

  • That show would have been great too bad they canceled it after 1 season just like the series he wrote to come after this one.

  • still too hot in 95.

  • He still has the same smile that I remember from the 70's. Sooo, cute.

  • (huggles Shaun) Fell in love with him on The Hardy Boys, adored him for creating American Gothic, and wow, still looking fine!

  • That show was wonderful! Great writing, great actors..but the stupid network jerked it around time slots and away it went.

  • That's how so many good shows gets cut. They dick around with the time slots and put things on nights against other shows that are already popular instead of putting them on nights when there isn't anything good on. THEN can't figure out why it doesn't do well. Go figure.

  • Thank you so much for posting this! I got introduced to this show in 2005 and own the DVDs now. It's great to see Shaun Cassidy interviewed. I LOVE American Gothic. Lucas & Gail 4 ever!! Thanks again!! : )
