It's Loveless, which was a manga made into a anime.

The blond guy's name is Soubi and he isn't a teacher; he's a college student, I think.

I suggest watching it.  It's a very interesting anime, even though it is only 12 episodes. The manga is still ongoing, so you can read that instead if you don't like the anime.

Interesting makes it sound almost gimmicky, I'd say its more fascinating - a very colorful view of psychological issues surrounding interpersonal relationships. The series itself is a practice in the sadistic, abusive relationships it chronicles - it repels, seduces and, more than anything, fascinates.

The anime is called Loveless and is shōnen-ai (boy+boy).

On his first day at his new school, 12-year old Ritsuka Aoyagi meets a mysterious 20-year old man named Soubi Agatsuma. He claims to be a good friend of Ritsuka's brother, Seimei, who was recently murdered. As Ritsuka quickly finds out, Seimei and Soubi acted as a pair involved in spell battles. Now Soubi is Ritsuka's 'sentoki',or fighter, and Ritsuka is his 'sacrifice'. There is 12 anime episodes, the managa is still ongoing. I love it.

I personally don't mind as long as the person doesn't try to claim that they made the video, as it pretty much just means that they liked my video and want to share it. This isn't the only video of mine to be uploaded by someone else.
