Yeah good luck. I know its not the norm, but my training partner and I are doing the high reppers for the endurance/size/mental toughness gain. No competitions till Feb, so this is a great time for that and to work on rehab. 215x5 front is sick haha. I'm at 210x1, so long way to go.
Thanks Mate, I am working on my strength for the rest of the year so I am gettign soem reps in. I got 215kg x 5 front squat last Monday, that killed me. I don't think I could do a set of 11 like yourself, 5 is right for me
awesome squat. Is it just the camera angle or is the weight a bit skew on your back?
