The man's explanation is nonsense. Neutrinos pass through the entire mass of the planet without interacting. It's not a matter of material composition; it's density. Two little sticks he can wave around with one hand cannot react meaningfully with non-charge-carrying neutrinos. Also, this video exists elsewhere on YouTube at much higher quality. It has been degraded to make it seem like "found footage" and thus lend credibility. I'm not saying it's a hoax; it is, at best, poorly presented.

element 73 is tantalum and element 74 is tungsten both are used mainly in electrical application. is there any connection?

Ive seen this before. Its real but what ever happen to this guy? I wish this showed the full demonstration of the device because its not solar it collects ions or something that are passing through everything all the time.
