  • Thanks for your interest. I actually have a detailed tutorial on my blog (thehappyhippiehomemaker.blogs­pot.com), but for some reason it's not letting me post the link. This particular wrap is 95% cotton 5% spandex, and it is 23 inches wide and 5 yards long.
