Nazia Hassan was not British.Nazia Hassan was born and raised in Karachi,Pakistan and moved to England with her family when she was in school.She got her law degree from London then came back to Pakistan,released her last album in Pakistan,and got married in Pakistan.After she was diagnoised with cancer she went back to London for treatment,and she died in London.There was few problems between her husband and her parents so her parents decided burial to take place in a Muslim cemetery in London.

I grew up in India and now live in USA. Nazia & Zoheb were my idols when I grew up during my college years. Just listening to both of them now brings back my childhood memories and tears in my eyes.
