It is called "THE SOVIET STORY" and it tells about Soviet terror in comparison with Nazi terror, also it uncovers many facts about Soviet and Nazi cooperation before and during WW2 and of course it shows materials from both sides, because the film is about similarities between Soviet and Nazi regimes. And you should know that the first decades of USSR is nothing more than what you call the Socialist State Dictatorship.
