hey, just a few questions for you; what ecu did you chip, is it the t5 or R? is it a custom rica tune? did you make this power on stock internals and intercooler? What exhaust and injectors are you running? If you can answer all that I'd appreciate it a lot man! I'm looking to swap out the 13g on my glt, do the ecu and tune, dp and catback, and hopefully make it somewhere in the ballpark of your numbers. Thanks again.
It's a T5 ECU, a chipped R ECU would be the same as a T5. The RICA tune is custom because I requested more fuel be added at high RPM's as the AFR's were leaning out too much. I also added a water/meth injection kit to keep IAT's down and prevent detonation. The exhaust is a eurosport tuning 3" downpipe, 2.5" catback. I/C is a EST aluminum intercooler w/ garret core. 300WHP is difficult to reach. I did this on stock internals though. Monitoring AFR's and keeping IAT's down is key to reliability.
@Swisscheez92 The motor is insanely strong (not sure about the GLT). Also ran a set of "Green" injectors, don't remember the cc's. I just remember that running the "blue" injectors was not good enough dispite what people will tell you. The blue injectors lean out too much up top with a 19T. Especially if you're thinking about going 18psi +
