@recto89 You are correct! Ben Chavis also wrote a great book on contemporary education called "Crazy Like a Fox." As far as I know, it's the only recent book on K-12 education that doesn't make you want to gag because of its sugary-sweet emphasis on political correctness.

Whenever they say the government is going to invest money, they really mean someone is fixing to get riped off. If your a Keynsian then you can find a rationalization of how the money will trickle down to the economy. But the problem is the things seen and things not seen. In other words, how would the money have been invested by the people if the government hadn't " invested" it for them?
