i agree with you,it does matter, you can find a lot of m16 or ar 15 manufacturer, and one of those is armalite in which correct if im wrong , was the first who produced or patented the m 16. You can find low end to excelent quility of components regarding this beautiful toy.
why filipino's are using the word "BABY" and "INFANT" on M16 carbine and M4 carbine? sometimes i heard calling the M16 an "armalite" even if it was a colt or elisco!
