The game you're referring to is Alfredo and it is strange why it won't work sometimes. You can see that VirtuaNES can load it no problem but I remembered that other emulators had problems trying to load it.

They're only available as MOD, XM and S3M files. To play them, you need to get Deliplayer which is what I use.
