Alot of people make fun of celebrities for wearing sun-glasses all the time; even when it's night time or they're indoors, but the're really just protecting thier eyes from all the camera flashes.
50+ years in showbiz and you can't even take a dump in the morning without paparazzi knowing the weight and color... IMO he's held up better than 99% of celebrities today if they had to fill his shoes. I think the most underrated or overlooked characteristic of true stardom is the mentally crushing force of having to deal with hundreds of millions of people throughout your life, for decades on end. I'm not talking about genetically engineered pop stars either. Real people, legendary actors.
People also have to realize that things and actor says to the press ends up completely misunderstand and taken out of context and sometimes it even hurts their careers... They have to be careful how they answer certain questions... I love Jack.. certainly one of the last remaining great actors in Hollywood.

Yes I have seen the Damn movie I saw the 1989 batman when I was 12, it wasn't bad but it had issues. The problem with 1989 Batman is that it borrowed from 1960s Campy Batman and Campy Joker, also a FATAL flaw is that they killed the Joker any Batman fan will tell you the Joker is not dead and batman wont willingly kill him.. or anyone else for that matter.
But on a performance vs performance level Heath did a great joker close to the Alan Moore comics, Jack was less dark and more comic relief.

@SuperHallenChao1 just gonna defend Mellowman.... the series were in the 1970's where another man played the joker. Jack was in the 90's and obviously Heath was it recently. So.... do your research before you go around talking bad to other people!!!

@Faelsun Okay, I don't mean to be rude here, but have you even seen the other damned movie? It's 1989, dude, at least watch both movies before formulating an opinion. Although I admit Ledger performance was good, and dark, and I was astonished by his performance when I first saw DN.

Yes I have seen the Damn movie I saw the 1989 batman when I was 12, it wasn't bad but it had issues. The problem with 1989 Batman is that it borrowed from 1960s Campy Batman and Campy Joker, also a FATAL flaw is that they killed the Joker any Batman fan will tell you the Joker is not dead and batman wont willingly kill him.. or anyone else for that matter.
But on a performance vs performance level Heath did a great joker close to the Alan Moore comics, Jack was less dark and more comic relief.

@nunsRscary i lke jack, but he was just being himself in the role. he was sort of typed-cast as the joker, since he already was known for his demonic laugh and smile. "the other guy" changed his personality and people on set was afraid of him.
