HIV doesn't discriminate, it effects themMORE because of lack of access/education/desire to use condoms in those communities. We have an abundance of education in our country we don't need them to teach us 5 languages, that would be a waste of time. I have a feeling you would have a bad encounter with just about anyone, even a guy on the street corner handing out $100 bills. But I think you did not present your ideas concisely, clearly, conclusively, or intelligently-no matter how slowly you spoke. Andrew, why would a government inflict a slow-killing disease upon hundreds of thousands of it's citizens, a vast majority of whom are on medicaid, as well as pour millions of dollars yearly into medical research and disease prevention at home and abroad?
