Just read the manga. It's sooo much better and alot farther along plot-wise than the OVA.

Plus I feel like the anime sort of cheapened the KuroFai-ness that's in the manga. And some stuff was just plain left out.

I read the manga and watch the anime, and they are both very hard to understand. But the anime is a little easier because it's actually moving. Sadly, the anime leaves out certain things that are very important so the anime is a lot easier to understand if you've read the manga.

Actually, it depends. The translators for the scans from Japan spel it Fey or Fay. But the official rominized version is Fai. It all depends on which you you prefer. They're all right.
