yeah, his voice broke! Fancy that ;) He's loved in London his whole life- hardly a non-London voice.

No it is not. he was a good friend in junior school (from about 7 to 11) and spoke very differently. However, he also used to do a woody woodpecker impersonation which is bizarrely similar to Gollum
