@guerocomico if u had a galaxy case u would realize its very difficult to do much cable management! there is practically no room behind the mobo side and no slots or holes behind either to hide cables, Ive got the Galaxy case too and cables can be very hard to hide in it, its jus a basic display case not a expensive modders case.

@aero915 OMG ive got the galaxy 3 case same side plate with 80mm fan space and on front 2 blue LED bubble tubes i seriously cant find any cable management space or holes and ive got fitted a ASROCK 8200 Mobo so im sure im not covering no holes :( jus got no place to hide cables at all, wish i could hide them round the back ... and i got alot of stuff in my PC cathodes, LEDs etc lol

yes but they psu that came with it gave an angry electricty bill. I changed it to a branded one (£20) and it worked flawleslly and the electircy was cheaper.

Once you buy the kit, just connect up the inverter to the cathodes, and the inverter to the sound detector. Its totally idiot-proof. tHEN JUST CONNECT THE MOLEX (POWER) to the pc. Then binga bonga

they dont come up anymore m8 lol i got the exact same case as you and bought the cathodes from t he exact same company lol, i broke mine but =[ they die down when they flash i think its the inverter or ive popped the mic in the switch bit with too high a volume and too high sensitivity

yeah thats the one lol didnt last a month the sound activated part =[, i have a single blue cathode in just now running of the inverter so it still ok for power not sound activated but =[ i bought the red n blue package but have gone off the mix in the case

yeah i know m8 the sound part with the switch and sensitivity dial is mounted in a pci slot the molex is plugged in to the switch and then its plugged into the inverter which inturn has the cathodes, when i flick the switch to sound activated though it starts to flash but then dies down to a very dull and faint flash at only one end of the tube =[ i think the sound part is broke because flick it back to on and the inverter can easily power the two tubes no problem

naw m8 ave no, i have the exact same case as you my sound controllers silver but since its at the back and in pci slot i dont really care, also just tucked the inverter away out of sight of the window like my wire management, i have it up the front of the case between the hdd racks cant see it and the cathode sittin on the base, i think its the cheap sound controllers more than the inverter the inverter is still lighting the two tubes full power when they are set at on, the switch is plastic lol

Hey aero do you have to plug something into the inverter to get them sound sensitive or does it just pick up the sound from the air i.e. if you were to yell real loud or something would they light up?

If you buy a sound sensitive kit, then you will have a inverter which does the voltage crap then you will have a sound module switch thing and that will have a intergrated microphone. If you clap it will flash. The mic mostly reacts to bass so a subwoofer connected to ure pc is a good idea unless u want to turn ure speakers on max.

No sorry, PSU wont  output power to the molex connectors unless the motherboard has been triggered on and completes the circuit.

I like gaming at night with my PC and its LED lights but i cant have the volume too loud or else I will wake everyone else up but if I can have these react to sound at a level of sound that is not blasting loud that would be great

Erm, In terms of cooling, youll need to buy your own fans and stuff. You get one blue side fan and thats it. All the motherboard holding things are included along with another 100 screws. lol.

In the meantime I built a pc for my mate and We bought a Thermaltake Tsunami Dream Case. I really liked it more than the galaxy case. Its a bit more money. You need to put a bit more lighting and stuff but its much better overall. The Thermaltake Case looks really expensive

if your talking about cold cathodes, they last as long as a basic fan will. about 30,000 hours. when you buy a kit, it comes with the inverter, 2 cathode light tubes, pci bracket for power swich and a mulex adapter. i my self have 3 blue and 2 red sound activated cold cathodes. dont have my red one's hooked up to the sound moduals. to lazy right now. for more information, ask
