When you move your finger from A to G try to mantain pression on the string and you would produre a more melancolic and beautiful sound so far you performance is very good
After your video titled The White Flower inspired me to play this beautiful piece, I recalled that this piece was among six pieces for lute recorded by Andres Segovia. Since then I try to play all these six pieces although I try to stay away from Segovia's transcriptu\ion of these pieces since many extra notes weere added by Segovia. Lute pieces sound better on the pieces with simple construction, I guess. Anyway, above video is my present answer for that. Best regards, lute323.
Very well done. My instructor started me working on this piece last week and I needed to know how it should sound before I could make progress. Thanks.
I am currently learning to play this piece from Frederick Noad's book and your video has proved a great inspiration! Excellent technique and tone, you really convey the mood of this piece.
I see it - page 135 in my edition. Thanks for the info - it will make for a nice addition to the other two Italian renaissance pieces I'm working on at the moment. I just uploaded my first video if you want to check it out.
Wow very beautiful, great sound. i definitely recognize this piece as one that my teacher played for us.
