1. the enviroment seems realy fake - the water area is closed, so the fish can't hide on deep or use it's mass and breathing adventages in struggle. 2. the scull of the fish, ofcourse, are not created to stand against such a destructive power as jaguar's teeth. there are no jaguars anderwater.

This also looks a bit like a fake enviroment. Arapaima live in deeper water. They'd never find enough food in shallow water like this.

Pcorallinus is right. It's not a catfish, but rather a pirarucu (Arapaima gigas) (pronounced by the narrator here as piraocu at the end) which is more commonly known now as an arapaima.
