i played a little of it and you just answer the ? at the end by clicking on it in the vid and it takes you to another vid where you do the same thing just with diff vids and its gets kinda boring after a while idk if there is some kind of prize or what
uhhm, its a contest. it doesn't have really anything to do with tokio hotel at all, because when you go to the second "level" of the contest thing, it takes you to another artist's channel.
so im guessing that they are just part of the hosters of it, its not like, their own personal contest though.
whoever created it probably just asked them to put the video up or something.
It was a advertisement type of thing. It was a fun game, I beat it. There was about 25 videos or questions as you well.

the only relevant thing i can find in that is
perhaps Tokio Hotel is included in the interactive game. which it is still unknown to me how it works. I keep clicking and nothing happens -.-
