  • The Mighty Badass Russians

  • Mongoose maneuver > Cobra maneuver

  • the second cobra was excellent. The smoke is proof of a good cobra. There should be a straight line of smoke when it's done.

  • was that the mig 29 OST? cuz i sure as HELL never seen a non TV aircraft cobra like that O_O. if not, that pilot got some series cobra skillz. he cobraed the FUCK outta dat shit

  • @RezViper

No the original mig 29 COULD pull a cobra without thrust vectoring how ever it isn't as easy to do as with the flanker because mig 29 is not a fly by wire aircraft and there is nothing protecting the pilot from over g the aircraft and breaking the linkage cables, in other words, it takes a skilled pilot.

  • cobra = worthless

  • @AdverbAdjective ...becouse....?????? Why?????

  • @AdverbAdjective says the youtube war expert... hahaha just gtfo you fucking fail

  • @NosferatuAaacaado lol don't be a bitch because russian planes suck ass

  • @AdverbAdjective say's who?

  • @NosferatuAaacaado He's right, you know. Go ask an Eagle driver what he'd do if he saw some Flanker jockey pull this WVR.

  • @AdverbAdjective wrong. if another jet is on your ass and you pull a cobra, the other jet cant react in time to pull out of the way and will fly right past you making you now the chaser instead of the one being chased.

  • @0311SECFOR The JSF is a load of garbage, also it is possible, who do you think came up with thrust vectoring? have you seen a MIG engage a F-35? no and nether have the so called "Experts." It's the same type of thinking that made the Phantom almost flop in Vietnam to a technically inferior plane.

  • @0311SECFOR these are the same "Experts" that said guns wouldn't be needed in vietnam.

  • Any planes can do this right?

  • @wanbfriends no you are wrong

  • Man, those pilots have got a set of brass balls each.

  • The real feat is that the engines don't stall.

  • Guys, i'm quite a noob but i have a question. In how many cases is the cobra maneuver usable during a dogfight? I mean the enemy has to be litterly on your tail, if you want it to have any effect.. I'm saying it again i'm a noob so don't scorn me...

  • @turan86 It's mainly for show.

  • @turan86 mate dogfight is not definite one , which maneuver is capable of targetting opponent aircraft we cannot ask such questions but it doesnt mean cobra maneuver is not capable

  • The Swede's did the cobra maneuver long before the Russians, a little tid bit of information.

Made with the "draken" jet-fighter built in 1955.

  • @Swecan76 Dranken is awsome they went out of danish service in 93' i think

  • tricky move

  • Something to do with the engine construction, right?

  • @iwns74 It's the engine nozzle. Thrust vectoring capability. Seen in missiles and fighter jets alike.

  • haykodjan agreed

Who want some su-27 simulation play flanker 1.5 - old game or LOMAC and others

  • Haispain 3 , they make it between 400-500 km/h, not 900 :-)

  • Wheelie with the jet fighter.

  • And not gain altitude?

I'd like to see you try.

  • hehe i think u didnt tocie the sarcasm on his comment XD

  • @Haispan3 hahahahahahah... does the f-16 or f-15 can do that????

  • can you do it and stay on the same altitue level, and let the speed drop for about 600kph?

  • grab a dictionary and look for the word "sarcasm"
