As horrible of a mistake that it was, it was an event that tested the team and obviously the team survived and got stronger. Now the Sharks are 1-0 in the 2nd round series vs Detroit.

What if that disastrous goal never happened? It's a possibility that there never would have been an event to bring the Sharks together and maybe the Avs would be playing the Red Wings now.

all is forgiven. Funny as it sounds, that goal was the one that sparked the Sharks. They put away that series with ease after that goal was made. They finally looked like a team that could play with some fire under their asses.

The Sharks every year continue to make goalie after goalie seem like gods when they play against them because they simply cannot play playoff hockey. I've seen it happen way too many times before...as I've been a Sharks fan my entire life. Turco in 08, Hiller in 09, now Anderson in 2010.....
