I saw a nissan pathfinder with 284,000 kms and what a piece! had no power, missfired, transmission shifted so hard, and it also had zap straps holding the grille on to the front of the truck! JUNK.
Use a grease needle - stick its point into the little hole in the grease fitting and press hard when you pump the grease in. It will seal well enough to let you replace all the grease.
On my truck,I use a couple of sockets and a "C" clamp to hold the bearing caps, pump grease into the trunion and reinstall on the yoke, pain in the arse but it works. Thanks for the vids.

@CORVAIRWILD As jeepers2655 said, just grind down the grease gun to have a flat spot on the side so it fits past the strap.

I just drill and tap the cup (very hard steel,a pain to do sometimes),on those vehicles that are not greasable

just grind a little off the grease gun coupler, most are fat,and that might help.(smaller diameter).

Hey CW
All you need to grease that rear joint is an adaptor for your grease gun that has a needle end on it.
