  • I find that when I use fluid film first , the grease goes in like butta...btw you should use a rubbermat or a dolly...gonna get arthritis...

  • @CORVAIRWILD As jeepers2655 said, just grind down the grease gun to have a flat spot on the side so it fits past the strap.

  • I just drill and tap the cup (very hard steel,a pain to do sometimes),on those vehicles that are not greasable

  • I saw a nissan pathfinder with 284,000 kms and what a piece! had no power, missfired, transmission shifted so hard, and it also had zap straps holding the grille on to the front of the truck! JUNK.

  • CW. If you ever come to Charlotte, let me know. I'd love to meet you! AND Ze Doctor!!!!

  • 3 cyinder? & turbo? Hmmm...was it maybe Daihatsu Charade?

  • Muffler grease will improve performance. Good tip.

  • My neighbor put oil in her Volvo until it was at the top of the valve cover god only knows what her shop charged her to drain it for her .

  • just grind a little off the grease gun coupler, most are fat,and that might help.(smaller diameter).

  • I was just thinking about Ze Dokter and doing an imitation of in my head. So this vid has to be the irony of the day.

  • So do you put some fill a grease from pump.

  • Hey CW

All you need to grease that rear joint is an adaptor for your grease gun that has a needle end on it.

  • Use a grease needle - stick its point into the little hole in the grease fitting and press hard when you pump the grease in. It will seal well enough to let you replace all the grease.

  • @hoppes9 I have the needle, but they're fragile, now it's always ready to grease!

  • LOL ! Zee Dr talking about Queen Charlotte of Mecklenburg-Strelitz!

  • On my truck,I use a couple of sockets and a "C" clamp to hold the bearing caps, pump grease into the trunion and reinstall on the yoke, pain in the arse but it works. Thanks for the vids.

  • 21 years of bad luck when your rubber get broken :)
