Just keep flossing (esp before bed!) so that as your gums become healthier and less sensitive, you'll eventually stop bleeding when you floss. My fav floss is called satin tape because it's very gentle, slides smoothly between crowded teeth and helps to avoid painful accidents.

the practice of "oil pulling" whitens your teeth.. google it.

i used to do that then brush with ordinary soap together with a bit of baking soda; then simply rinse with peroxide afterward. while keeping up this routine, my teeth went white as office paper.

and theres no pain like those expensive treatments & products.
