Sorry mate, but it is not bently. it's a russian concept car Cardi Body (1995).
BTW all cars with blue and yellow collours on the licence plates are registered in Ukraine. All others are registered in Russia. By the way the lats one ( V12 Volga black coupe) is a hand made from the body of an old russian saloon on BMW850 basis

Well if you count like old school cars, ya. But like newer models, Russia and Dubai have the most. When new car factory manufactures a new car for example Lambo, Bugatti or any other. 1st on the list to get that model is always Russia, and it shipped there even before the presentation to world market.
